Wow, what an amazing opportunity to reach out to the people here in Peru. Yesterday we teamed up with 6 amazing young women from the states who have been here in a town called Recuay all summer. There were some mixed emotions about their upcoming departure next week but all in all, I think they are ready to head home. Their names were: Amber, Jordan, Karen, Lynnlee, Mary (FMU student), and Olivia. They are a great group of girls. We went into the village of Utcuyacu and invited everyone to a meeting later that afternoon. It was wonderful to interact with all of them. I'll have to finish later, our ride is here.
